Launch of future Chrysler models in the NAFTA zone 2022-2026
By 2026, Chrysler (part ofStellantis) will launch several new models in the North American market. Other models will be redesigned or restyled. It is in 2024 that the carmaker will introduce the most new features.
Chrysler: For the Chrysler brand, only the Airflow, an all-electric crossover model, has been announced for 2025.
Dodge: The new Hornet GT model is planned for 2022 and a plug-in version of the Hornet R/T model for the first half of 2023. Two new electric models, the Charger Daytona and the Challenger, will be launched in 2024.
Jeep: The brand will release the Wagoneer L and Grand Wagoneer L models in 2022. In 2024, the new Recon, Wagoneer S models, as well as Wagoneer or Grand Wagoneer 4xe will be launched. It is possible that the Cherokee will be redesigned in 2025 and the Renegade in 2026.
Ram: The year 2023 will see the launch of theProMaster, based on the FiatDoblo, and the year 2024 that of the Ram 1500.
Even though Chrysler releases 11 more models than its competitor Ford, it is still behind the GM group, which will release 25 new models by 2026. This can also be explained by the fact that after the year 2024, during of which many new Chrysler models will be launched, only one model has been announced for 2025, the Chrysler Airflow, and that there will, at present, only be redesigned models in 2026.
The carmaker will therefore release 5 electric vehicles, 5 thermal vehicles and a plug-in hybrid (PHEV) by 2025.
