Context
- Leapmotor (20% owned by Stellantis) delivered nearly 600,000 cars worldwide in 2025 , compared to fewer than 300,000 in 2024. It is one of the most dynamic Chinese carmakers. Its product range continues to expand.
- Today, its lineup includes no fewer than nine different models, including three sedans and six SUVs. These models are positioned in every segment, from the A to the E segment. Leapmotor produces BEVs and REEVs (range-extended hybrid electric vehicles). For the 2026 Beijing Motor Show, Leapmotor is expected to unveil the B05 sedan (called the Lafa 5 Ultra in China), measuring 4.43 meters long, which aims to compete with the VW ID.3 and MG 4. Also expected to be presented is the B03X (A10 in China), measuring 4.27 meters long, which targets B-segment electric SUVs such as the Renault 4 E-Tech.
- Finally, Leapmotor is expected to unveil the large, all-electric D19 SUV, measuring 5.20 meters long, the very first vehicle with a 1000-volt architecture. Its battery offers a generous capacity of 115 kWh.
