Paris Motorshow 2026: Changan Deepal S05/S07
- Yet another new entrant from China. This is Changan, which has been present in Europe since the 2010s, with a design center based in Italy and a research and development center located in the United Kingdom. Today, this carmaker holds fourth position in the Chinese market, behind BYD, Geely , and Chery.
- The new Changan Deepal S05 and S07 models, which are expected to be presented at the 2026 Paris Motor Show, aim to compete with all the 100% electric C/D segment SUVs present on the European market, such as the Citroën e-C5 Aircross and Peugeot e-5008.
- The Deepal S05 and S07 are very similar aesthetically, but the former is 4.62 m long (C segment) and the latter is 4.75 m long (D segment).
