Is Chinese brand Baojun taking customers to Chevrolet?

Baojun brand was created in 2010 specifically for the Chinese market.
It is sourced from a partnership between GM, SAIC (which assembles GM models in China) and
Wuling (specialist in minivan which was bought by GM).
Its products, which cover all market segments, are sold at lower prices than Chevrolet’s. They thus compete with Chinese brands
Chery, Geely and BYD and allow to expand GM's offering in this market (sales of the Baojun brand are recorded into those of the GM group).

Baojun now has a range of five different models:  a city car (BaojunYuechi), a compact 4-door sedan (Baojun 630), a compact 5-door hatchback car (Baojun 610), an SUV (Baojun 560) and a minivan (Baojun 730).

Has Chinese brand Baojun taken customers to Chevrolet in China?
When comparing the sales of both brands since 2010, we can see that until 2014 Chevrolet and
Baojun have progressed together on the Chinese market, but from 2015 Baojun recorded  a very strong growth (+310 000 sales compared to 2014 ), while Chevrolet fell for the first time (160,000 sales compared to 2014). But Baojun has a range very different from Chevrolet ‘s (see graphs here below).
It is therefore difficult to say whether Baojun actually takes customers to Chevrolet, the combination of the two brands proving largely positive (+150 000 sales compared to 2014).
