Stellantis Group sold 6.2 million vehicles in 2021
The Stellantis group (Peugeot, Citroën, Opel, Vauxhall, DS, Fiat, Abarth, Alfa-Roméo, Lancia, Maserati, Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge, Ram) sold 6.2 million light vehicles (PC+LCV) in 2021 , up 1.3% compared to 2020 if we combine the PSA and FCA groups present at the time. The Stellantis group manages in its first year to rise to fifth place among global manufacturers, behind Toyota, Volkswagen, Renault-Nissan and Hyundai-Kia.

The merger of PSA and FCA made it possible to rebalance the distribution of sales worldwide, since the PSA group mainly sold its vehicles in Europe and the FCA group in North America (thanks to the Chrysler group).

As we announced last year, sales of the Stellantis group are therefore almost half in Europe and just over a quarter in the United States. Brazil is the group's fourth largest market, thanks to Fiat's strong presence in this country.

The worldwide sales in 2021 of the Stellantis group break down as follows:
§ Europe is its largest market, with 2.98 million vehicles, or 48% of its global sales.
§ The United States is its second market, with 1.78 million vehicles, or 29% of its global sales.
§ Brazil is its third largest market, with 635,000 vehicles, or 10% of its global sales.
These three markets represent 87% of the global sales of the Stellantis group.

China represents only 2% of its global sales in 2021.
